Selling your home is a big decision that deserves a lot of attention. Since home symbolizes family, rest, security and independence, home selling is often a very emotional undertaking. For most people, their home is the biggest and most sentimental entity in their life. In most cases, buying or selling a home requires disclosure forms, inspection reports, mortgage documents, insurance policies, deeds, and multi-page government-mandated settlement statements.   3. Selling or buying a home is time consuming. Even in a strong market, homes in our area can stay on the market for a lengthy period of time. And it usually takes another 60 days or so for the transaction to close after an offer is accepted. I will be the one coordinating all aspects of the marketing for your home and preparing you for the closing.

  4. Real estate has its own language. You may not know yet what a CMA, PUD or DOM is, but I do. I already speak the language!
