About Hannah

Hannah R. Abrams is a licensed real estate Salesperson with Prudential Green Mountain Realty. Since 1995 she has been a recognizable and dynamic Sellers and Buyers agent who enjoys her work and her clients. Her concentration has been working with the First Time Home Sellers who she seamlessly guides thru the complex home selling process.

Ms. Abrams takes her profession seriously and that is why she holds several advanced designations in her field; Accredited Buyer’s Representative®, Certified Residential Specialist and Certified in Short Sales & Foreclosures. She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors® and the Vermont Association of Realtors®.

In 2009 Ms. Abrams relocated to Vermont with her two dogs; Putney and Marley to pursue her love of skiing, golfing, hiking and all things Vermont. Prior to her move, she was a frequent and well-known person in the area. In 1986 she arrived at Castleton State College as a freshman and has spent the years since then enjoying vacations, weekends and any other free time at her second home in the Killington area. When the opportunity came to live full-time in Killington and continue with her real estate career, she jumped at the chance.

Before moving to Killington, Ms. Abrams spent six years at Prudential Unlimited Realty in their Boston and Brookline, MA offices. It was there that she worked her way up in ranking from Agent to Assistant Sales Manager of the Brookline office and then promptly to Sales Manager of the Boston office. As Manager she oversaw a 20 agent office with over 206 annual sales transactions at $1,343,569. worth of property value. Additional highlights of her time as Manager were supervising a gut-renovation of the office while keeping daily operations in tack.

In 2000 Ms. Abrams founded and established Abrams Real Estate, Inc. in which she exclusively represented developers in the sales & marketing of their new construction, residential developments located in Weston, Lexington and Beacon Hill.

From 1995-2000 Hannah was a licensed Salesperson for an independent office in Beacon Hill. It is there that she began her career and extensive experience working with First Time Sellers in the various and diverse housing markets of downtown Boston (Beacon Hill, Back Bay & South End). Hannah is a native of Boston's South End and has benefited greatly from having lived in several different neighborhoods in and around Boston. For the eight years prior to her relocation to Vermont, she lived in Coolidge Corner, Brookline.
