About Hannah

Hannah R. Abrams is a licensed real estate Salesperson, Broker and Accredited Buyer's Representative® who has worked in residential real estate sales since 1995. In spring of 2003, Hannah joined Prudential Unlimited Realty in Coolidge Corner, Brookline, Massachusetts where she operates as Assistant Sales Manager as well as a dynamic Sellers/Buyers Agent. Her concentration is in representing Buyers, Sellers and Developers in downtown Boston, Allston, Brighton and Brookline, MA.

In 2000 she established Abrams Real Estate, Inc. in which she exclusively represented developers in the sales & marketing of their new construction, residential developments located in Weston, Lexington and Beacon Hill.

From 1995-2000 Hannah was a licensed Salesperson for an independent office on Beacon Hill. It is there that she began her career and extensive experience with the various housing markets of downtown Boston (Beacon Hill, Back Bay & South End).

Hannah is a native of Boston's South End and has benefited greatly from having lived in several different neighborhoods in and around Boston. She is an ardent downhill skier and an enthusiast of neighboring Vermont. Since 2001 Hannah has chosen to call Coolidge Corner, Brookline home where she lives with her dogs Putney & Marley.
